Our products are digital guides and programmes. They are educational and are designed to complement, not replace, advice from a qualified healthcare professional. We have made every effort to describe our products accurately. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. VEYORA reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until VEYORA confirms acceptance and your payment has been processed. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will contact you at the email address provided with the order.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY AND LICENCE
Our products are delivered digitally. After your payment is processed, your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, view and print it for your own personal use. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, audio and product content, are owned by VEYORA or its licensors and are protected by Irish, EU and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

VEYORA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with VEYORA. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with VEYORA.
