14-day refund policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. Email us at veyora881@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

Digital products
All VEYORA products are digital downloads (PDF), delivered instantly after purchase, so there is nothing to send back.

Problems with your download
If your file won't open or is incomplete, email us and we'll send you a working copy straight away.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
